Do you offer refunds?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of online classes, once the purchase is made and the content is available to the viewer, we are not able to offer refunds.

We do honor change-of-date requests for in-person sketch classes with at least two days' notice and for workshops with five days' notice.

We want our users to be happy and we will do our very best to work together on making sure you enjoy the content you purchased from us. Please feel free to contact us if we can be of assistance with your purchases.
