We want our users to be happy and we will do our very best to work together on making sure you enjoy the content you purchased from us. Please read the following carefully so there are no surprises and email us if you need more information.
RECORDED COURSES - Unfortunately, due to the nature of recorded courses, once the purchase is made and the content is available to the viewer, we are not able to offer refunds.
LIVE COURSES - We ask that all refund requests are made two weeks before a live course begins. After that it will be at the discretion of the school, mostly taking into account if there is a waitlist for the spot and if we are able to fill it.
IN-PERSON CLASSES - We do honor change-of-date requests for in-person sketch classes with at least two days' notice and for workshops with five days' notice.
ONGOING SUBSCRIPTION CLASSES WITH JENNIFER GENNARI, We send a reminder 7 days before your card is charged for a new month. If a refund request is made after the charge it will be made 1) prorated for the time spent in class that month and 2) minus credit card processing fees which we are unable to recoup from the cc company.
