Why is my account blocked?

Your account may become blocked for the following reasons: 

• Attempted log in from more than one device. 
• Too many login attempts.

Regardless of what the reason is, the block will expire in 1 hour. If you are attempting to login from 2 devices, please log out of both devices. Then login from the preferred device. You will only be able to access your account from one device at a time.
