How do I cancel my subscription?

PLEASE NOTE: The Drawing America site is a USER site, not a subscription site. This means that you are not billed simply for having an account. You pay only once for each product you purchase. HOWEVER, the only exception to this is our ongoing classes, which are subscription-based. For example, you have a subscription if you take JENNIFER GENNARI’S LIVE ANIMAL PORTRAITS, for which account holders are billed monthly.

Please follow the steps below to cancel your subscription to one of our ongoing classes:

1. Click your name on the top right of the screen and then select My Account from the drop-down menu.

2. Click My Subscription on the left side.

3. Select the subscription you’d like and click Cancel.
